Job Summary
Manages daily housekeeping activities and staff to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and employee spaces are clean and well-maintained.
Works closely with the team to efficiently handle all housekeeping responsibilities.
Job Location – Downtown Dubai, UAE
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
At least 3 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
Managing Housekeeping Operations and Budgets:
Ensures adherence to all housekeeping policies, standards, and procedures
Understands the department’s impact on overall financial goals and communicates relevant details to staff
Assesses staffing needs to maintain guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and budget requirements
Reviews the list of rooms requiring immediate cleaning and upcoming check-outs or departures to assign tasks effectively
Manages inventory to ensure sufficient stock of necessary supplies
Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service:
Leads by example in delivering excellent guest service
Contributes to developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction
Encourages and supports staff in providing high-quality customer service
