- Show visitors their tables and serve them menus
- Manage reservations, including taking bookings and overseeing the waitlist
- Assist with seating arrangements to ensure a seamless flow of guests
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff for timely delivery of service
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintain a neat and organized front-of-house area
- Support other tasks as delegated by the restaurant manager
